Your Right to Data Deletion
At AddIn3D, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you have connected your Facebook account or used any Meta-integrated service on our platform, you may request the permanent deletion of all personal data we hold about you at any time.
This page explains what data we hold, what will be deleted, and how to submit a deletion request.
What Data We May Hold
Account Information
Name, email address, and profile details obtained via Facebook Login or direct registration.
Purchase History
Transaction records, order IDs, and product download history associated with your account.
Communication Records
Messages and support correspondence sent through our contact form or WhatsApp channel.
Usage Data
Analytics data such as pages visited and interaction logs tied to your user session.
How to Request Deletion
Follow the steps below to submit a data deletion request. We will process all verified requests within 30 days.

Send a deletion request email
Email us at
[email protected] with the subject line:
"Data Deletion Request".

Include your account details
Provide the email address or Facebook account name associated with your AddIn3D account so we can locate your data.

We verify your identity
We may ask a follow-up question to confirm you are the account owner before proceeding.

Deletion is processed
Once verified, we permanently delete your personal data from our systems and send you a confirmation email within 30 days.

What Happens After Deletion
Once your deletion request is completed:
- All personal identifiers (name, email, phone) are permanently removed from our databases.
- Your purchase history is anonymised and retained only in aggregate form for legal accounting obligations.
- Any active sessions or login tokens are invalidated immediately.
- Data shared with Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp) is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. You should also remove AddIn3D from your Facebook App Settings to revoke access on Meta's side.
Revoking Facebook App Access
To remove AddIn3D's access to your Facebook account independently of this request:
- Go to your Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.
- Find AddIn3D in the list and click Remove.
- This revokes Facebook's permission to share data with AddIn3D going forward.
Processing Time: All data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of identity verification. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. For urgent requests, please include "URGENT" in your email subject line.
